II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
- The administrator processes personal data that you provide or personal data that the administrator obtains by fulfilling your order.
- The administrator processes your identification and contact details, as well as data necessary for contract performance.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal reasons for processing personal data are:
- Performance of a contract between you and the administrator pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Legitimate interest of the administrator in direct marketing (such as sending newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Your consent to direct marketing (sending business communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with § 7 paragraph 2 of Hungarian Act No. 480/2004 on Certain Information Society Services, in case no goods or services have been ordered.

The purposes of processing personal data are:
- Processing your order and fulfilling rights and obligations arising from a contractual relationship between you and the administrator. The personal data required for successful order processing (name, address, contact information) are necessary for contract conclusion and fulfillment. Without this data, the administrator cannot conclude or fulfill the contract.
- Sending business communications and conducting other marketing activities.

The administrator does not engage in automated individual decision-making as per Article 22 GDPR. Consent has been explicitly given for such processing.
IV. Data Retention Period

The administrator retains personal data:
- For the duration necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and to enforce claims from those relationships (15 years from the contract’s termination).
- For the period until consent for processing personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, up to a maximum of 15 years if data is processed based on consent.

After the retention period expires, the administrator will delete the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients of personal data include persons involved in delivering goods/services and fulfilling payments based on the contract, operating services, or providing marketing services.

The administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries (countries outside the EU) or international organizations. However, recipients in third countries may include providers of email or cloud services.
